Franchise Recruitment Representative  

You will play a dynamic role for Oakscale as you will work to identify new potential leads using our lead generation technology and your cold calling efforts. Once you have learned to qualify the right type of potential buyer, we will train you to partner with a Director of Development to coordinate and participate in all phases of the franchise sales process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Generate new qualified prospects through researching, cold calling and networking within defined brands and territories
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date list of all sales pipeline activity, including leads, prospects, forecasts, demographic profiling information, and prospect contact information in Hubspot
  • Maintain the highest level of knowledge of the brands in our portfolio
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
  • Support lead generation campaigns developed by our marketing team
  • Partner with our Directors to manage potential franchise buyers through the sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed annual sales quota
  • Share feedback about Franchise brands, services and process to help us improve our processes, marketing efforts and sales strategies
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences
 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Sales/Franchise experience required
  • Committed to pursue a career in sales
  • Experience working with Hubspot would be a plus
  • Call center experience or a sales/marketing internship is a plus
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
